PR Guru, Paula Gardner of Do Your Own PR, and editor of Chicklit, is going back to her roots with the launch of her new restaurant, hotel and hospitality Public Relations company Eat Love Sleep PR (http://eatlovesleeppr.com).

Gardner is delighted to reveal that Eat Love Sleep PR will be working with bespoke artisan chocolatiers, and suppliers to the hotel and restaurant trade, Perfectly Tempered (http://www.perfectlytempered.com).

In the 1990s Gardner ran PR agency Paula Gardner Public Relations from London’s prestigious St Katharine’s Dock. The agency worked with high profile clients well respected on the 90s London restaurant such as Kensington based Lebanese restaurant Al Basha, Amazonas, Knightsbridge’s Red, Soho’s O Bar and L’Escargot.

Since 2002 Gardner has taught and lectured small and medium sized business owners (many of them hotels, restaurants or from the food industry) on how to do their own PR. Clients have included Today Was Fun, Matsuri and Moroccan food retailer Maroque.

During that time Gardner has written two PR and marketing books, Get Noticed and Do Your Own PR, published by Bookshaker, built up a reputation as a conference speaker on the subject of promoting your business, and created a 30 day ecourse to help business owners promote their restaurant:
