by Rachel Elnaugh  Written by one of the original Dragons from the BBC Dragons Den series, this book is a frank chronicle of not only Rachel's very public failure with Red Letter Days, but also a round-up of other well notorious (and some less well-known) business failures from both British and American high profile business people. Rachel lays bare common business mistakes - from the naive tactic of employing friends and family, to how easily it is to over-extend your company or just lose control of cash flow. It's well written, easy to read (I read it in one sitting) and very warm - something other business autobiographies often lack.
