A contributor to Chicklit. Fiona is a very welcome addition to these pages. Whilst she had been writing books for three years, it was on on the completion of her third novel, The Letters, that Fiona found her publisher, Snow Books. This is a delightfully sensuous read full of languorous descriptions and well drawn characters. Buy now The Blue Handbag Leonard is coming to terms with losing his wife, until, that is, he finds her old blue handbag. Once opened, it reveals a key to a mystery that Leonard just can't let alone. With a male protagonist in the shape of widower Leonard, this book is a surprising hit with us. It's quirky, endearing and although a gentle read, had enough depth to keep us glued to the end.
