Full of secrets, memories and magic, each book is an engrossing journey all on its own. Her work has earned Joanne praise from everyone from The Times to Punch to Now magazine.

Joanne lives in Yorkshire with her husband and daughter. Previous to Chocolat, she had also written Sleep, Pale Sister and The Evil Seed.
