![]() It's a perfect place for a day away from it all, and it has something to suit everyone from the active gym-bunny to the person who just needs some vital time to chill and wind down. My husband and I spent a day at the club. He was the active one, heading straight for the very hi-tech gym and then off for a swim. I lounged about in the jacuzzi, the sauna, and turkish bath, and then the bar where I indulged in delicious smoothies. That was followed by the relaxation room where I promptly fell asleep in front of a tank of beautiful tropical fish which ran along the whole wall.Lunch was delicious - fresh bread, spicy chicken and a glass of wine if you felt like it. We then split up for our treatments - a facial for me and a Thai massage for him. My Calitas facial was wonderful. It was very relaxing but also promised to firm and plump up at the same time. I came out glowing. My husband's Thai Massage was equally intense. It was his first Thai massage and he was unprepared for how different it was to the gentle aromatherapy ones he was used to. Thai massage is very hands on, and very feet on too! The masseusse really went to work on every muscle and he came out saying that it was the most intense massage he had ever experienced. All you'll need is a swimming costume and your gym clothes (should you feel like being energetic) - all the toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers and there for you to enjoy. It really is a little haven in the city, and one that I am very happy to have found.
