A review of a reading from www.check-your-spiritual-pathway.co.uk

Now, I've seen a number of mediums in the past. There was the craft fair that I visited when I was seventeen and the medium gave the name of my then boyfriend, warning me that he was no good for for me. And the medium that I went to see after the break up of my first marriage, who described quite accurately what was going on within the first five minutes of meeting me. He even commnted on my father's piercing blue eyes and blond hair (something that he would have been unlikely to guess from looking at me with my green eyes and brown hair).

And then there was the medium that I went to see at a local craft shop. The one who kept throwing name after name at me in the hope that I would recognise one of them, and then went on to ask me why I was worried about my daughter becoming pregnant. With my daughter only being six at the time I could assure her that she had definitely got that one wrong.

But I had never had an email reading before, so I knew this was going to be slightly different.

But when Edward's reading plopped into my inbox I was more than slightly surprised. Where were the names, dates, references to things only I could know? Instead there was an almost lyrical description of what sounded like a landsape painting, with myself making my way through the landscape. Unsure what to think I let myself mull it over for a few hours.

And then, strangely, something clicked and I could suddenly see that the reading was, in fact, an uncannily accurate depiction of where I was now, and referred to a couple of decisions that I had been carefully weighing up.  Edward had described my childhood and adolescence extremely well and presented where I then was and the choices before me in a way that made me use my right brain (imagination, considering unquantifiable factors such as instinct) rather than just relying on my left brain (logic, carefully weighing up pros and cons). It was fascinating and added another dimension to the way I had been looking at things.

It's also resulted in me making one decision in my life (and I've no doubt that it is the right one) that has actually been very hard to make, and has impacted on others lives at the same time.

There's a great deal of symbolism in Edward's readings, and he also brings in full use of the senses , even bringing colour and feelings into play. Although my initial response was bewilderment as I had been expecting an "on the 21st you'll get an important letter" type reading, this has actually been more helpful as it has made me think about the bigger picture, as opposed to just details.

Of course Edward's reading brought up just as many questions as it did answers and Edward was happy to clarify and even do extra work on things that I questioned him about. What's more, he is genuinely interested in delving further and answering questions that seem to be just as interesting to him as they are to me.

The readings (which are only available to people of 18 or over) can deal with a general life-path or concentrate on specific questions. It's up to you. I chose the general life reading which would cost £60. You can find out more about the different readings here.
